Dawn Scarfo

Dawn is an accomplished and results oriented Human Resource Professional with over 30 years of expansive Human Resource experience. Throughout her career she has consistently demonstrated an ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, leaders and clients.

Dawn began her career working in the education sector and then moved through various roles as a manager, director and VP of Human Resources with companies such as Acclaim Entertainment, Multex, GlobeOp, & Reuters. She then spent time in a HR leadership role in the PEO/ASO industry where her focus was on compliance with multi state labor laws and regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

She holds Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University and a Master of

Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Adelphi University. She obtained her initial PHR certification in 1991. She lives in Long Island, NY with her husband, and three children.
