Based in Tampa, FL, Simona brings over a decade of experience in Human Resources, with expertise spanning benefits administration, HR operations, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. She’s known for her attention to detail, strong process management skills, and commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Before joining TechServe, Simona served as a Senior Consultant Engagement Specialist at Innova Solutions, where she managed the consultant lifecycle for over 150 professionals annually and helped launch several HR technology platforms to improve efficiency and engagement. Her previous experience also includes HR and recruiting roles at Invo Healthcare, Himagine Solutions, and Medical Staffing Network, where she consistently built strong relationships and streamlined HR processes.

Simona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from American International College and has been recognized with multiple awards for her dedication and outstanding performance.
